Oak & Chisel has been working on homes since 2020, offering a full range of home care, from interior remodels and everyday repairs to hardscaping and landscaping.
Our founders come from real estate, working with entry-level homes, investment properties and larger estates for local, relocating and corporate clients.

Let's chat
Call or text us. We talk through what you need and book a time to see the property.

Site visit
We walk the space with you, take measurements and work out the full scope and timeline.

Written quote
You get an emailed quote with the scope, a proposed start date and the expected duration.

Book your date
Once you accept, we send an invoice. A deposit holds your start date and lets us order materials.

The work
An on-site project manager runs the crew, photographs existing issues before starting and keeps you updated at each milestone.

Walkthrough and touch-ups
We send photos of the finished work. Flag anything within 5 days and we schedule the fix within 5 working days.
